With nearly a decade of dedicated experience in paraplanning and over 14 years working within the Australian Financial Services industry, Kharen brings a strong foundation of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting great financial outcomes.
After completing her Diploma in Financial Planning, she built my career working closely with financial advisers to craft comprehensive strategies, assist in the preparation of advice documents, and deliver the behind-the-scenes expertise that helps clients move confidently toward their goals. She has extensive experience with XPlan, AdviserLogic, and other key financial planning software systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in every plan prepared.
Before specialising in paraplanning, Kharen also worked in Australian payroll and accounting services, giving her a strong operational understanding of the broader financial landscape. Her skills in financial modelling, projections, and document preparation are complemented by a genuine commitment to excellence, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
